Community workshops

In the gospel of Mar 4:1, the Bible says the “  And he began again to teach by the sea side: and there was gathered unto him a great multitude, so that he entered into a ship, and sat in the in the sea; and the whole multitude was by the sea on the land.

That is why we the Nehemiah Family Church then go out to the communities and participate in different stake holders of the communities so we can be able to be a blessings to them so we can learn from them and also offer to them what we have as a church that can be of good value to them like workshops and a helping hand to them to show Jesus love to the community.
Here our church was running a workshop on a community about conflicts managements and migration in the community.  This is some of the picture that we took for that program and workshop.

In this workshop we were training people about conflict management and immigration together with tolerance etc.

Pastor Badat together with KRCC (Kwazulu Regional Christian Council) were part of the community awareness about abuse of women and children

We, Nehemiah Family Church International always aim to go out to the community to help and be a blessing and to show Jesus love by what we do and say.  There is a scripture we wish to share with you that is found in the book of Mathew 25: from the verse of 36 to 40, it says;

Mat 25:35  When I was hungry, you gave me something to eat, and when I was thirsty, you gave me something to drink. When I was a stranger, you welcomed me,
Mat 25:36  and when I was naked, you gave me clothes to wear. When I was sick, you took care of me, and when I was in jail, you visited me."
Mat 25:37  Then the ones who pleased the Lord will ask, "When did we give you something to eat or drink?
Mat 25:38  When did we welcome you as a stranger or give you clothes to wear
Mat 25:39  or visit you while you were sick or in jail?"
Mat 25:40  The king will answer, "Whenever you did it for any of my people, no matter how unimportant they seemed, you did it for me."

So, that is why we also with different people, associations, broadcasts etc. so we can be able to reach people in different places and challenges.  Here, our Bishop Badat again was invited by the (Simphiwe) the presenter of 1KZNTV, to come and share on the issue of HIV/AIDS on how it affects the community and the church as a whole.

This was during the HIV/AIDS workshop help in Durban with Youth Pastor S.D. Moyane who is facing you on the picture.  He was there on that workshop together with Pastor Badat.

Here Bishop Badat was in the program with Simphiwe in 1KZNTV discussing about HIV/AIDS.

Here we were doing the program together with Dr S.K. Mvubu about religion and the roles of the church in the community.
